Our Warranty

Our workmanship guarantee & the manufacturer's warranty

Your warranty has two parts. First, we guarantee our installation workmanship to be free from defects for one (1) year from the date of installation — if something we installed isn't right, we'll come make it right. Second, the components we use are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one applies — many of the materials and hardware in your system carry their own manufacturer coverage, some of it long-term. If a component is defective, we'll help you make the claim and take care of the replacement.

Common issues covered under our workmanship guarantee or the applicable manufacturer's warranty include:

• Delamination or separation of the melamine surface or board
• Panels or shelves that warp or fail under normal use
• Defective soft-close hinges, drawer slides or other hardware
• Rod brackets or mounting hardware that fail because of a defect
• Workmanship issues with our installation

Replacement parts for everything else

Life happens — kids, moves, and the occasional overloaded shelf. When damage isn't a manufacturer defect (accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear over many years), we've still got you covered. We can order matching replacement parts so your system keeps looking like the day it went in. Replacement parts are billed at our cost and installation at our regular service rate — just reach out and we'll put together a quote.

What's covered — at a glance

Service & labor

If a defect is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the replacement part is provided under that warranty — we'll help you file the claim. Installation and service on covered warranty work are included during our one-year workmanship guarantee; after that first year, a standard service-call fee covers the trip and labor. Non-defect repairs, replacement parts and any changes you'd like are quoted at our regular rates.

The fine print

• Coverage extends to the original homeowner and is not transferable to a new owner if the home is sold.
• It applies to systems designed, built and installed by National Closet Company.
• Our workmanship guarantee runs one (1) year from installation; components are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, if any. After the first year, a standard service-call fee covers labor and the trip for any warranty part installation.
• Natural variation in laminate or wood-grain finishes, and expected wear from everyday use, are not considered defects.

How to make a warranty claim

It's simple. Call or text us at 629-298-8241 or email [email protected] and let us know what's going on — a few photos help us sort it out fast. If it's a covered manufacturer defect, we'll take care of the repair or replacement. If it isn't, we'll quote replacement parts so you're never stuck.
