Are you a franchise?

No — and that's good news for your wallet. We're 100% family owned and operated, not a franchise. Do I have to remove my old shelving and paint first?

Only if you want to — we give you two quotes. With Option 1, you remove the existing shelving, patch the holes and paint, then we design, build and install (the most budget-friendly route). With Option 2 — turnkey, you simply empty the space of your belongings and we handle everything else: removing the old shelving, patching and repairing the walls, painting, then building and installing your new closet. Most closet companies only offer Option 1 — we give you both.

Do you offer discounts or run sales?

No, and that’s on purpose. The national closet companies quote you a big number, then “find” 40% off if you sign tonight. That discount was never real — it was baked into the price so it could be handed back to you as a favor. We’d rather skip the theater. From start to finish, most custom closets take about 3–6 weeks. Design happens at your free in-home consultation, custom manufacturing typically takes 2–4 weeks, and professional installation of a standard closet is usually finished in a single day with minimal disruption to your home.

Do you require a deposit, and do you offer financing or buy now, pay later?

Yes to both. Your project is paid in three steps: 50% at signing, which releases your order to our manufacturing partners, 25% once your materials arrive and we schedule your installation, and the final 25% on install day — or you can pay in full at any time. You can also Buy Now, Pay Later with Klarna — split your project into flexible payments at checkout, subject to Klarna approval — and we accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Do you install everything, or do I assemble it myself?

We handle everything — there's no flat-pack to build. Our team professionally constructs and installs your closet on site, securely anchored to the wall, and cleans up before we leave. A standard closet is usually installed in a single day, so you go from empty space to finished closet without lifting a tool.

Do I need to measure my closet before my consultation?

No. Your designer measures your space in person at your free in-home consultation so the design fits to the inch. You don't need to measure, sketch or prep anything beforehand — just book it and we take it from there.

Can I see color and finish samples before I decide?

Yes. Your designer brings finish, color and hardware samples to your in-home consultation so you can see and feel the exact laminate, woodgrain and accessories in your own lighting before you choose. On-screen colors can look different in person, so we always confirm your finish face to face.

Do your custom closets come with a warranty?

Yes. Your installation is backed by our workmanship guarantee, and the furniture-grade materials and hardware we use — soft-close drawers, hinges and rods — carry their own manufacturer warranties. If something isn't right, call or text us and we'll make it right. Ask your designer for the specific coverage on your project.

Can I add to or reconfigure my closet system later?

Often, yes — especially with our adjustable systems. Shelves and rods adjust without tools, and many layouts can be added onto or reconfigured as your wardrobe and organization needs change.
